Após a sua licenciatura em artes performativas em Londres, estudou em Nova Iorque. E em 2009 integra a série NCIS Los Angeles da CBS, um dos maiores canais norte-americanos, onde contracena com Chris O´Donnel, LL Cool J, Linda Hunt e Eric Christian Olsen.
É neste contexto que decide abraçar a oportunidade de concretizar outro sonho e realizar. Assim, já conta com dois episódios por temporada como realizadora.
Desde então, que tem apostado em projetos de realização e vem em 2021 a Portugal realizar “Contado Por Mulheres – Os Vivos, o Morto e o Peixe Frito” produzido pela Ukbar.
Apesar de ter iniciado a sua carreira em Portugal, onde integrou “Jardins Proibidos”, “Dei-te Quase Tudo” e “Tu e Eu”, é nos Estados Unidos que tem desenvolvido o seu trabalho enquanto atriz, onde se estreou em 2013 no teatro nos Estados Unidos, na peça “Proof”.
Em 2018 foi apresentadora no Festival da Eurovisão por ocasião da edição realizada em Portugal. E para a RTP protagonizou a série televisiva “A Espia”. E em 2023 será possível vê-la na plataforma de streaming Netflix, na série “Rabo de Peixe”.
